Plasy Monastery is a Premonstratensian monastery. It was founded in 1144 by the Premonstratensian order and is one of the oldest and most important monasteries in the country.

It is known for its beautiful architecture. The main church of the monastery is the Church of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary, which was built in the 13th century. The church is a Gothic structure and is one of the most important examples of Gothic architecture in the Czech Republic. 

The monastery also houses a library, which contains a collection of over 100,000 books and manuscripts. The library is one of the oldest and most valuable libraries in the Czech Republic.

In addition to the church and library, the monastery also has a number of other interesting buildings, including the cloister, the refectory, and the chapter house. The monastery is also surrounded by beautiful gardens.

We will have lunch in Knížecí pivovar. It's possible to visit an exhibition "Jawa phenomenon".
